February 2026: Major GLP-1 Provider Updates You Need to Know

February 5, 2026 By MatchGLP1 Research Team

A comprehensive roundup of significant changes across GLP-1 providers this month, including partnership shake-ups, pricing updates, and medication availability changes.

We’ve just completed our February 2026 research update across all 50+ GLP-1 providers in our database. Here’s what’s changed and what it means for your weight loss journey.

The Big Headlines

Noom Loses Eli Lilly Partnership

In a significant shake-up, Noom Med has lost its partnership with Eli Lilly. This means Noom members no longer have access to Zepbound (tirzepatide) through the platform. If you’re currently with Noom and using tirzepatide, you’ll need to find an alternative provider.

What to do: Check out LillyDirect for brand-name Zepbound, or consider compounded tirzepatide options from providers like Henry Meds or Eden.

Lemonaid Health Sold After 23andMe Bankruptcy

Lemonaid Health has been sold to Bambu Ventures for just $10 million following 23andMe’s bankruptcy proceedings. While the platform continues to operate, the ownership change may affect service continuity. We recommend monitoring the situation if you’re a current member.

Compounding Pharmacy Restrictions

Several major compounding pharmacies have been forced to limit their GLP-1 offerings:

These changes stem from the FDA resolving the semaglutide shortage in February 2025, which has led to ongoing regulatory and legal challenges for compounders.

Empower Pharmacy continues to face regulatory scrutiny with multiple FDA warning letters on record. However, they remain operational and continue to supply many telehealth platforms with compounded medications.

Good news for Strive Pharmacy: the Eli Lilly lawsuit against them has been dismissed, allowing them to continue operations.

New Features & Services

Wegovy Pill Launch

Ro and WeightWatchers Clinic now offer the new oral Wegovy tablet, giving injection-averse patients a brand-name option. Pricing starts at $149-199/month for introductory doses.

Oral Tablet Options Expanding

Several providers now offer oral/sublingual GLP-1 tablets as an alternative to injections:

What This Means for You

If you’re starting fresh: The market is competitive with compounded semaglutide available from $99-200/month. Consider providers with strong review scores like Calibrate, Henry Meds, or Fridays.

If you’re on tirzepatide: Watch for supply changes at compounding pharmacies. Eden, Enhance.MD, and Henry Meds all offer stable tirzepatide supply.

If you prefer brand-name: LillyDirect and NovoCare offer manufacturer-direct options, while Ro and Hims can facilitate brand-name prescriptions with insurance support.

If budget is your priority: Fidelity Medical ($99/mo), Mochi Health ($99/mo), and Brello Health (~$133/mo) offer the lowest compounded semaglutide prices.
